At HALF BAK'D, we want you to love your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please ensure items are free from makeup, deodorant, or any signs of wear to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging or a similar protective mailer and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
